Do my players need to create new accounts?
Players sign in with Google, Apple or email. For existing Playtomic users we provide a simple migration flow. Most clubs see 80%+ adoption within the first month.
Where is my data stored? Is this GDPR compliant?
All data is hosted on AWS servers in Frankfurt (EU-West-1). Courtefy is fully GDPR compliant. You remain the data controller – we sign a DPA with every club.
What happens if I want to cancel?
30 days’ notice, no penalties. Before your account closes you receive a full CSV export – all player records, booking history and financial data. Your data is always yours.
Is the setup fee refundable?
If we fail to deliver a working platform within the agreed timeline, you receive a full refund. We’ve delivered on time for every club we’ve onboarded.
What’s included in the setup fee exactly?
Brand configuration, court and pricing setup, Stripe integration, player communication kit, QR codes, staff training session and a 30-day post-launch support window.
Can I manage multiple locations under one account?
Yes – the Pro plan supports multi-club management with a single admin login, cross-location reporting and role-based access for each site manager.
Does Courtefy work for tennis clubs too?
Yes. The platform handles padel, tennis, squash and any court-based sport. Surface types and booking rules can be configured per court. Padel is our primary UK focus.
How long does Playtomic migration take?
Most clubs run Courtefy and Playtomic in parallel for 2–4 weeks. We provide message templates, court QR codes and a push notification campaign. By week 4, the majority of bookings move over.
